If you are healthy, you need at least 4000mg potassium a day. If you have high cortisol you need even more.
So let us look about potassium rich foods:
(Ignore the nazi language)
As you can see, even 100g dried apricots have not half of the recom. dose. And you propably are not eating at least 7 cups of greens daily.
Your body probably needs more potassium. Specially with todays food you consume more sodium so you need even more to balance things out.
And if you have high cortisal due to depression etc you will even need more (and you NEED to take it with magnesium bcs it wont work then)
But do you want the sweet shock from apricoses every day? Or buy expensive supplements?
You don't have to
Just buy: Cream of Tartar and drink it with magnesium supplements.
Cheao and my stress is lower (although it is not an end solution ofc, fight the root)
ALSO BLOOD TESTS ARE COPE MOST POTASSIUM IS IN CELLS
AND YOU COULD HAVE SUBCLINICAL DEFIC.
