- We know for sure that our ancestors were carnivores

- Agriculture did not exist for 99.5% of human history

- Therefore it's objectively impossible for:

Our bodies to have adapted to them
(Not enough time to adapt according to evolution)

And for them to be essential at all
(Animal Foods have all essential nutrients)

- Vegetables don't have any nutrients animal foods don't have, and have anti-nutrients

- Our bodies can make all the glucose it needs trough gluconeogenesis

- Carbs being "essential" even tho it causes acne and fat gain is suspiciously good for the following industries:

Agriculture, Fast Food, Skincare, Dentistry, Supplements, Pharma, Fitness, Clothing, Health

(Make your own observations)

Note: You don't have to eat raw stuff we just know cooking it destroys some nutrients, also you can eat fruit and good honey but not really needed

Idgaf if they're good or not but carbs are best for muscle growth. But on off days from the gym I dont even go for a carb goal or anything for diet JFL
