In life having a low body fat and staying lean is crucial to looking good. Eating fruit can make you gain weight, the fructose in fruit leads to lipogenesis which is fat creation in the liver which in turns cause weight gain. In a study two mice where given the proper amount of calories they need, the only difference was one got its sugar from fructose and the other mouse was given its sugar from glucose. The fructose fed mouse displayed significant weight gain, liver mass, and fat mass. When fructose is processed in your liver it can decrease liver ATP, leading to an increase in uric acid. Another way fruit causes weight gain is by raising your insulin levels through glucose, insulin is a fat storage that signals fat cells to take in glucose. Another topic I will discuss is how fructose highers grehlin, and lowers leptin levels. Grehlin is responsible for stimulating appetite basically telling ur brain to eat, and leptin is responsible for suppressing your appetite. You see how high Grehlin levels with low leptin levels can be problematic? Meat does the opposite lowering Grehlin and higher leptin. In conclusion you should eat more meat (pause) preferably raw muscle meat and raw organ meat like brain, heart, spleen, and liver.

Sugar is literally a life neccessary energy source no matter if it's glucose or fructose. Your point on insulin is incorrect/incomplete. Insulin tells both Glucose & amino acids to first go into muscle cells and also helps reducing muscle protein breakdown. If you consume too much sugar on the other hand your glucose levels go too high and insulin signals them to convert into fat cells.
Fruit is the best sugar source there is. You do not want to be stuffing yourself with industrial goyslop containing 10s of grams of sugar.
You can still overeat fruits to the point where the fructose & glucose get stored as fat but you usually don't do that due to fruits providing your body with fiber that makes you full pretty quickly.
