Why you shouldn't panic over the hair loss? Example of it with pictures

This guy at 30 years old was already norwood 3 with some mild diffuse thinning. Here is a picture of him at the age of 33-34 (not sure).

You might think that he would be nw4 or even nw5 at his forties. Here is an actual photo of him at his forties:

As you can see still nw3, no need to take finasteride which gives side effects for many people. Of course if you are really unlucky you might be nw0 at 30 and nw7 at 40 but in most cases hair loss isnt that quick.

Yeah we know that hair loss can often just stop progressing (the "peaks" of progression are at age 20 and 40, when hormones swing harder) but the thing that creates anxiety is that once it starts you can't know when or if it will stop.

If he is aware his hairline is receeding its highly likely he takes shit to prevent further regression regardless of if he says he doesn't, so if anything this proves protocols really work.

Not sure if your thread meant, hair loss prevention works or that you sometimes don't need to use it if it stops regressing
