The highest ratio man that was posted in the article had an already high ratio of .65

I always thought it was the sharpness of features (eyebrows, eyes, nose) while having a pretty light skin tone that made him a slayer.

I think the ratio you are talking about is a factor, but it can easily become interpreted as horse face in some cases

He's a very high tier good looking pretty boy, with aspects of masculinity to his face, but still nowhere near enough to be considered extremely attractive to females over the age of 23. He's high school crush attractive. His eyes are a winner, but there isn't enough strong width to his face and facial features for women to him in a "manly" light. They see a cute pretty boy with sexy eyes and a stubble. He'll always be more on the cute side. Not that it matters for him, personally, with his status.
