Nah man from what i have seen in my own journey with my palate expander, comparing photos, it doesnt increase upper lip width. Solution?

Your profile is ok, but if I look u from the front u look recessed idk why, maybe is because of your lips. I would say that, as gay as it sound, you use makeup. I don't recommend fillers, and i don't think that MARPE has any effect on lips, and if it has, it's not gonna save u

I've never tried them, but I think that they work as any other fat grafting, so you'll be alright!
