Will BS'ing infras get rid of the dark circles?

Ive never seen anyone bonemashing their infra-orbitals get rid of the dark pigmentation. Im starting to believe its just a genetic thing

I hear dark circles can happen from orbital fat loss so I would say fillers might work. I hear volufiline can help too but I am not sure about it.
