I got sinovac 2x before anyone else because of my autism diagnosis I was considered at risk jfl so its been more than 2 years

I donate blood every 3-4 months now would be the time to go again but I don't know if it's useful or not and maybe donating blood is a meme and actually bad for you idk but there are so many advocates of blood donation in this sphere

but might be a scam I've done it enough I think 8 blood donations since the vax
