Its only visible under certain lighting on the right side, but whenever I see it I get violently angry and wanna puke cause it makes me look so ugly

also protect ur skin from sun with sunscreen to avoid further raping ur collagen
Also get more sleep

Ive always had it so I dont think its a collagen issue.

I had this shit too when i was using liquid minoxidil. Same age, Went after i switched to foam and started tret and improved sleep

Im using minox too, but I dont wanna switch to foam because im afraid ill lose my gains

Would microneedling and tret be enough?

maybe it will balance the effect
But foam works just as well and it doesn't have alcohol which ages ur skin and doesn't spill or absorb in surrounding area u won't lose gains. Or take oral minox if it suits u

Is mine caused by sagging or fatpad?

My inner cheekbone on my right side is slightly deformed and has a bump right below my pupil making the soft tissue there slightly buldge outwards
 
there is a world where you could be high htn if your fatpads were not so retarded i can relate btw
So do you think its fixable by leanmaxxing?

I had pads like that and nothing removes them except going under 12% body fat. Anything above that and it reappears.

Thank your genetics for that one.

So prepare for months or years of cutting depending on your discipline level.

If that's your current face, I'd say prepare for 3-6 months of cutting

Worth a shot if I can be 11% without this shit. I dont mind not eating

This is the worst possible lighting for my fold aswell. Under most lighting it isnt visible

It isn't really visible in most indoors lighting.

Outdoors and under fluorescent lights it looks brutal. Motivation enough to lean down to sub 12%.

Legit, outside lighting is my main enemy

Makes my beard and eyebrows look thin + exposes nasolabial folds + acne + eyebags jfl
