Yes it will,just eat at maintenance and put on muscle atleast till ur 18

Did for me but think it was worth it i was 6 foot at 14 almost 15 and had to lose 100 pounds and still cutting. I still grew but I definitely would be 1-2 inches taller if for the last year I was not starving myself

If you agro cut yes.

However, very small cut won't stunt growth. As long as you aren't deficient in the important micros and you get enough energy for your body to use.
