long story short i used to vape everyday and then when i stopped, like 2 months later i started growing and grew 1-2 inches. ive not too recently started vaping again occasionally from my friends but i still grew like a cm over this period. im starting to do snus (nic pouches) again after over 6 months of not doing them to stop myself from hurting my lungs as much and its cheaper. but i also didnt have any growing pains or any signs of growth when i quit vaping. only like a month or 2 later did i notice growth. and ive been sweating alot and getting some spots here and there so i dont know if i wasnt growing cause i just didnt hit puberty yet or cause i vaped and did snus. need to know if it has any effects on my growth (including facial bones)
