Yes and no? It will have a similar effect to something like hydrocortisone, it can reduce inflammation in your face and in turn make your nose look smaller, but I'm skeptical to believe it's as significant of a change as you may believe.

Even then, you should be using retinoids regardless because they're amazing for your skin in every way.
