theyre professional swimmers because theyre frame is wide, their frame is not wide bc theyre swimmers.
yeah i know i've heard all this before.

however i am a national swimmer and have seen kids, like prepubescent kids with wide ass shoulders.

i get it though, its the same argument like basketball players are tall like i 100% get it. i guess i'm just biased bc i swim myself.

i doubt i would have a 23' bidelt if i never swam though so that's my opinion.

i'm talking abt young swimmers though.

i'm not here to discuss or argue bc i'm not gonna try back up my claim with pseudoscience bs. i just have a lot of experience and think most people would def benefit from swimming if they had of started young.

No. But if you have good genetics, Swimming alongside basketball are the best toners. I know because I did both and my physique is good w/o training
