Why would you not get jaw surgery IF you had to get ur wisdom teeth removed even if they arent impacted?

Hey man, im sorry for bothering you, but i went to my orthodontist and he directly told me to remove all 4.
But none of them are impacted and i think they are mostly straight.
they dont hurt at all but when i open my jaw it does hurt a bit or sometimes a lot if i really open it.
Will i descend if i remove?

But none of them are impacted and i think they are mostly straight.
they dont hurt at all but when i open my jaw it does hurt a bit or sometimes a lot if i really open it.
Will i descend if i remove?

Why do u need them removed? He kinda just sounds jewish and wants ur money? Also no they cant ruin ur face if u r an adult. Theres not a single before and after picture on the internet of wisdom teeth removal ruining someones face. Your jaws r done growing so it cant stunt jaw growth.

I cant fully open my jaw, i think the problem is my teeth can get crowded, however do u think hes fearing me right now to do it and pressuring me to do it, i should maybe wait two weeks or so to see if jaw pain goes away.

Maybe i should consult them for bone grafts aswell, alot have said its a easy procedure,and it helps to prevent bone loss.

All i know is that needing lower wisdom teeth removed for bimax is common. Usually lower wisdom teeth are the problem but you either have the most fucked up dental arches in history or he is scamming you. Not well informed on the subject but do your research/talk to other orthos if possible

Yeah thats the thing, my lower wisdom teeth are just now coming in and i dont see them doing any problems , just my upper one , atm bone grafts are the most helpful solution, also thank you for your time, cheers
