Wisdom teeth removal or no?

So I recently went to the dentist for the classic yearly checkup and was told, that I should get my wisdom teeth out.
I saw randoms talking about downsides like narrower face etc, but I want to ask you guys.
Any downsides? or just go with it and get it extracted

You'll get hollow cheeks and temporarily ascend shortly after, but after like 2 years the bone loss size and density will start to gradually seep in and your maxilla+jaw will shrink over the course of 10 years

mine is impacted since 3 yeaars and pains a lot the upper left one rest 3 are fine

thats why i am planning to visit a diff dentist in march

yeah go for it and when i had great pain in my tooth my dentis injected some toxins that temporaly killed my nerve and i didnt had pain for like 4 months

I had mine removed just know when you remove it it’s gonna hurt like shit.
