wisdom teeth removal

doc says I should get wisdom teeth pulled js in case they grow in wrong somehow. anyone know if this would negatively impact facial structure?

I'm maxillary orthopedic, when you pull your back teeth out it will significantly change your bite. I've been saying this whole like your bite and tongue posture matter more than your habbits and nutritions.
