Wisdom Tooth Removal

I just turned 19, and my dentist told me that I need to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed.

The one on the bottom right looks like this:

The others are almost normal; they just haven’t fully erupted yet.

I already have a recessed maxilla and mandible, a short ramus, and a pretty bad under-eye area.

Will it get worse if I have them removed, or will it stay the same?

It definitely gets worse mine where never bad but as I didn’t have them removed the pressure has shifted all of my bottom teeth

dude I have mine growing in the past days and I hope I can keep them. lower jaw is no ploblem/ pain, but in the upper its already pushing against my back teeth. U think mse will save me? probably need to do leford anyways... the poor get poorer
