I feel like to achieve their body goals it stil takes hard work, discipline, etc, but as a man you have to diet, work hard, test muscles, lift heavy ass weights, and make sure you have high testosterone levels if u want gains and just not be sore as fuck for a weak just to gain nothing but crippling sorenes . There’s lots of guys who stay in the gym and can’t get any gains, some aren’t educated to know it’s their 200-300ng/dL test levels . U can go to the gym a lot for years and not even look like u work out
