I was a waiter for a week but asked to get transfered to be a barista at a cafe owned by the same corporation because i wanted more hours.

The Job itself isn’t horrible at all, i get to speak to a bunch of nice old ladies and all my coworkers are Cute girls, the problem is that its very unfullfilling and the potential to grow just isn’t there.

Best i can hope for is a management position and If i wasn’t doing this because of surgery recovering reasons i would’ve quit and went to college this year instead.

This has changed my perspective on the Job Market ngl Bcuz being a wagie when you Don’t even have room to climb the ladder removes all hope.

The social aspect of my Job is like 9/10 and its helped me overcome anxiety and fear of talking to girls to an extent. But except that it feels so lifeless and like i’m just and expendable slave.

Tho at least they can reach a ceiling of ~600SEK as a factory worker.

I’m trying to create looks opportunities by getting surgery. I have a consultation very soon w a skilled surgeon but i needed something with lots of free time for research, gym and learning other skills on the side.

Main goal before this summer is to get my 2 planned surgeries and gain 5kg muscle.

Status mogs wealth a lot in Denmark, because anyone making money will get raped by tax. So it's probably worth it for the factory to pay that so they can get competent employees that don't jump ship the moment they can. Because nobody wants to work a low status factory job.
