Im also scared of the restaurant food lol.

brootal. Yeah restaurant food is so shit and mid i went to spain.

Honestly just eat mcdonalds and fastfood and track ur calories. Especially if ur in a country flooded with tourists they will charge u hella

How do i workout in vacation with 0 equipment?

Most hotels have gyms inside, if you wanna do cardio that’s easy just walk around. If not u can prob get a nearby gym membership for like 30$ at a mediocre gym. Other than that idk, calisthenics and whatnot are possible as well
