I believe countries like Bolivia or Vietnam only have 10-15 real Chads and I'm being generous, these people are short and their pheno doesn't go well with the PSL scale. Being a real Chad or PSL God there is like finding Drago or Guirao in South America and they're always mixed like white + asian or andean.

I think chads are very rare, a true chad not some chadlite frauder. E.G manch3ster i would say cut those numbers in half tbh, you ain't finding 1100 PSL chads here evne though Manch3ster is quite big, we're talking a legit chad though so i think i'm right.

Chadlite would be PSL 6 or higher which is to 2.5%.

This is assuming the normal PSL distribution (mean of 4, standard deviation 1.02). If you take negative skewness theory (the theory that women find the median man ugly) it's probably even low
