i feel like i have a narrow lower third.
conversely, im also stsrting HGH soon, which combined a pallete expander would loser the sutures and i think HGH could have an even bigger effect.

but i dont want to fuck up my harmony as it’s pretty good rn.

maybe i just get an invasalign to fix my bite (harmony) but id miss out on some potential maxillary widening.
