would focusing on just cardio and being in a calorie deficit make me lose bone mass?

was thinking about just focusing on cardio and leaning out, but then remembered that weight training boosts test, so if i stop weight training after doing so for a year and a half, would i lose bone mass even if i take
calcium + d3 + zinc and magnesium?

i prolly sound retarded rn but i’m clueless, would appreciate some clarification before i start this new regimen trying to reach at least 12% bf (currently 17.8%)
 
bro youre not gonna lose any/too much bone mass because you quit lifting weights, unless you have almost no estrogen or you some how got bonemarrow cancer

non puoi pyou can't lose bone mass, if you're still young you might gain less
