Would hydroquinone help with this slight discolouration? If so what’s the lowest dose I could get?

Im gonna order azealic already but i was wondering about the slight darker areas and not the redness

Something like arnica cream or vitamin K (which is based on arnica) could help slightly too with dark spots. But yes hydro could help too
