Would mandible advancement with genio and lefort 1 improve my side profile significantly?

Context:
I will be getting Lefort 1, BSSO (with advancement) and genio in febuary. (With ME but doubt that would affect side.)
I was just curious as to if people thought it would ascend my side profile alot.



Im also considering infra implants but those wont be for at least a year so its not worth really considering yet.

Depends. If you are a literal birdcel, you can improve a lot. But for moderate failos, the difference won't be that much.

From what I remember, your problem isn't face or pheno but your overall size, which includes height, skull size, frame etc

Yeah your right I probably get cucked by my frame alot I have basically the same frame as a 16 year old.

I should probably start hitting the gym with a focus on building my frame/astethics, tbh I have quite decent muscle building potential as I've never really went to the gym yet can see visible definition basically all over my body, with quite decent insertions. (Probably because of HGH)

With the other stuff I think skull size is cope tbh, all that matters is it being proportional to the frame.

And Height well obviously thats my biggest falio but theres not much I can do about that, I'll maybe consider LL but its quite a risky surgery.

I messed up and took a pic of my 3/4, been rotting here for 3 months still mess up .
You can see the pic if you want but Im lying in bed atm as its 1am and I cant be asked to take a proper pic until the morning.

The movements are still undecided as of right now, I still need to do impressions which I'll be getting done next week and then be having another consultation with ramieri when we can discuss specifics.

With the ME nothing really decided on that, I dont want to over expand my face and create a bloated or to wide look, I I want to try and achieve 10mm of expansion but I have no idea how feasible that is.

Then I probably try and move my mandible and l1 maxilia, forward as much as I can not to the point of looking like a dog but I would like to project my lower face as much as possible without looking silly, I'll also be rotating my mandible slightly as its deviated a tiny amount. (No idea on exact rotations/messurements)

Then add a small Genio on top of the to add more projection as its rather flat. Probably around 10mm.

Surgery, my maxilia will be split in half and expanded then If need be a expander will be drilled into my maxilia and it will push the maxilia further apart. (If I require an expander the other parts of surgery will be delayed for a few months)

Its not a simple surgery unless you really need it I wouldnt go near it. But I made some thread on it a while back, if you look through my post history you might find them.
