Would topical minoxidil help me?

had a friend start using it and helped him a bit for his eyebrows, not sure if I should use it for my mine tho because idk if it would help me look better at all. Also wanted to use it for my eyelashes and to grow a goatee just to see how I look. Just want to know if this would help me at all look better help me out.

It would help for now, seeing as you are going to need chin implants and jawline contouring in the future. You have a good face and hair, but your facial asymmetry is glaringly noticeable.
