Would you consider the Tocharians as Ancient Europeans or would you consider them the same way people consider the Indo Iranians?

Essentially, the Tocharians are Indo Europeans from the western steppe(basically Yamnaya/Afanasievo people who lived on the Altai Moutains which borders the countries of Russia, China, Mongolia and Central Asia overall) who moved East and settled in Xinjiang around 3000-2500 BCE. Evidence pointing towards them being Europeanoids are the Tarim Mummies like this

and facial reconstructions show that they were blonde hair, likely blue eyed and were also extremely tall with some reaching up to heights of 6'6

They’re not European because they aren’t from Europe, but they’re white (not exactly as white as Europeans, due tk thr higher amount of Aryan dna compared to other europeans But still)

A lot of them had chinkish eyes though, so not really European. They were white in skin colour and had light hair and eyes, i would consider them to be a thing of there own. Their descendent Ugyhers also have most of their features.
