Good, but my shoes are a tad bit too small for the lifts and you can't permafraud it since I think it'll hurt your knees (my experience).
I may have to get orthopedic insoles to put on top of the lifts.

It changed a lot for me too.

I think the taller you are, the more natural it will look and more inches you can fraud. At 5'8-5'9 i think 2 inches is quite safe to fraud. You can get 1.5 inches alone from your shoes and then add on whatever on top. I personally added on 1.5 and 2 inches and it still made quite a big difference. I'm 5'8.5 barefoot afternoon so was walking around maybe 5'11 - 5'11.5 i think.
