Would you trust an unknown surgeon for implants

Title, i've met few apparently skilled surgeons , their cv are very good but they have no results to show at all regarding implants focused on aesthetics.
The price is like 1/3 compared to popular surgeons here and on reddit because they cannot inflate prices due to their popularity , at this point their prices have become ridicoulus at least for europe standards , for americancels is still convenient tho ig.
My concern is how can i know the design is good? I have no experience with it at all and dont know how it works , i only know what looks good in person , not in a ct scan.
If someone experienced with it could reply here or dm me i would highly appreciate it

doing implants with such a surgeon can be interesting, but only if the surgeon would give you control over the design & you yourself would have a sufficient skill regarding design/aesthetics

He said i can provide the design as long it is suitable for my bones ofc , about skill regarding design/aesthetics i have 0 and i have no clue how to develop it
