Seen wrist size increase right at where it joins the hand, from doing obscure pullups and chinups on curvy bars, i hear the joint click and everything wrists deffinetly more girthy after doing pullups on trees and bad form pushups and putting wrists through the works, ill show u what it looks like in attachement. Wrists are more bold and sturdy from all the work i put them through from just chinups on weird curvy bars and shit.
