I have been doing it for month,nothing has changed.It is not that easy.You should strenghten glute,abs and stretch quads and lower back.Don't do anything to hamstrings it is going to worsen situation even more.You can expect changes after 2 months.YOU MUST FIX APT.IT IS BASIC THING TO FIX.You will look like incel with APT,your ABS will look bloated even they are not and most importantly if you fix it you can gain an inch of height

I recommend to watch all youtube videos that teach exercises to fix theese sorts of postures
If they don't work, visit a physiotherapist

Then do some stretches for 10 minutes and you think that's it? FFS get up and workout. Abs daily or at least 5x a week tbh, glutes (as part of leg day) twice a week. Stretch your hip flexors if required. Literally such an easy thing to fix.

You think I'm bullshitting? You can do abs, calves, and forearms daily without recovery issues because in the vast majority of people, they consist mostly of Type I muscle fibers which are less responsive to growth and recover much quicker. You are supposed to use these muscles everyday. By that I mean we usually don't in these times where everyone is sedentary. In an active lifestyle, you are using them all the time. Every time you walk you are using your calves. Every time you lift something or hold something, you use your forearms. Every time you walk, bend, sit (without a chair) you are using your abs for stabilisation. These muscles have to be worked daily.

i disagree, you use them daily, but you dont pump them really hard daily. I cant do abs everyday, next day after training my abs are sore.
