wtf is wrong with my eyes [asymmetry]

I have asymmetrical brown eyes . I'm not sure if I need ptosis surgery or filler injected above the eye in the one with more UEE. or maybe ptosis surgery or filler for both eyes idk honestly. how can I fix this?

Oh and whilst we're talking about eyes I've been trying to thicken my brows with kirkland 5% minox for about a week and its making them very irritated/sore so I had to stop, gonna try bimatoprost when I make my next order of drugs from India.

A surgeon will most likely do whatever makes them symmetrical, so you'd probably need both to ensure that.

in both eyes or just the messed up one, this has to be repaired w surgery right? The eyelid in the retarded looking eye is the same height as the "normal" one I think the asymmetry is coming from the lack of fat above the eye.

I specifically looked for eye asymmetry in that photo and I barely found a millimetric one.

In real life, which is NOT a photo, people won't even notice.

Supra orbital asymmetry. A custom implant can fix that. Otherwise good shape

Upper eyelid filler should emulate an implant for a period of time. Make sure u get dissolvable ones so you can have it fully removed when it’s time for your next dose. Good luck
