If this is the case idk why the fuck im not hopping right on this stuff.
Imagine pairing it with l-carnitine (has the same effects and also increases androgen receptors)
but then there are studies with the opposite effect(on rats)
Testosterone and progesterone level alterations in the adult rat after retinoid (retinol or retinoic acid) treatment (imprinting) in neonatal or adolescent age - PubMed
Newborn rats were treated with a single dose of vitamin A (retinol), or with three doses of retinoic acid (in the 1st, 3rd and 5th days). Serum testosterone and progesterone level was measured in the four months old male and female rats, respectively. Retinol significantly decreased both hormone...

Maybe the effects are veriable and it really has zero effect on fertility/testosterone
Another study showing positive testosterone effects
Effect of retinol and retinoic acid on testosterone production by rat Leydig cells in primary culture - PubMed
Adult rat Leydig cells, purified by Percoll density gradient centrifugation, were used to determine the effect of retinol and retinoic acid on steroidogenesis. It was found that both retinoic acid and retinol stimulated testosterone production. Although retinol was less potent than retinoic...

There are studies showing a mother shouldnt take it while pregnant, but obviously a fetus in-utero does not need cell/skin turnover. Obvious to why it would harm a fetus.
I wonder if it can somehow modify the sperm structure in some way, there are no real studies. but l-carnitine has good effects on sperm structure, so maybe taking that will offset any potential problems.
It looks like there are no real detriments for a man to take Tretinoin at this point.
