I was/am doing two muscle groups each day with two days rest eg mon chest biceps tue triceps back etc. Brootal

Gotta remember atrophy kicks in after 36 hours of training

What ur doing isnt bad

will still lesd to hypertrophy

But every other day frequency for everything is best
