Yo why am I going tru a second puberty with 18 ngl

I stopped growing with 15 and had not a single facial hair or legit bodyhair ( only full Pubic and Arm pit hair )
Now out of nowhere I started to see some significant dick growth , facial hair and body hair also I’m getting a bit more muscular and my wrist grower by 0.3 inch circumfance
Like Ded Ass why my body stopped at 15 and suddenly started with 18 again ?
i changed nothing in my lifestyle
Never did and am not doing sport and eat unhealthy
