I'll look into that tomorrow. As I said, I would take dutasteride if I was balding, but why spend money and risk side effects (albeit unlikely) when you aren't balding?Rats studies don”t translate in humans, this is literally the basic rule of endocrinology
The study was one paper, i see no real data in their sites + their names looks, russia is a shithole. But that is of course a ad hominem so lets use real data
Now lets see the human studies
Conclusions: Treatment with 1 mg. finasteride daily for 48 weeks did not affect spermatogenesis or semen production in young men. The effects of 1 mg. finasteride daily on prostate volume and serum PSA in young men without benign prostatic hyperplasia were small and reversible on discontinuation of the drug.![]()

Woahh!! Woaaaaah!!!!! DEBUNKED
Also now using common sense:
There is no dht present at human balls, testosterone play a much bigger role in spermatogenesis (5ar inhibitors increase you baseline of testosterone) + if 5ar inhibitors affect fertility, we already would known that. The government record every medicine, if a medicine get higher report of fertility, they would definitely research it
