Took SNRI's but made me tired af, kind of worked for a while, tho I have no way to qualitavely or quantitively say if it increased neuroplasticity or whether it had any effect. My source for shrooms ghosted me after I tried (and failed) to get with her friend.

I didn't take roids because my training and diet was in shambles, I'll take them while at boarding school, tho I wish I took them earlier.

I'm going to Thailand for 2,5 months in a week to geomaxx and get positive experiences. I will take shrooms while there too.

Also I got on ADHD meds and they work, but I think I legitimately have ADHD so no suprise really.


Definitely worth doing if you're older, you just have to increase neuroplasticity, whether that be with drugs or directed by a psychologist or something. Spending ~45 sessions with a blackpilled psychologist was probably the highest ROI thing I ever did, made me accept reality and function socially again.
