Could only do 5 sets of sqauts and 8-10 reps of 70-75kg. Tried to do 5 sets of deadlifts 8-10 reps but quit after doing 6 reps of 75kg deadlift. Over ngl. Will have to complete legday tommorow as well as doing a whole upper body workout brutal ngl. Should of had breakfast and ate tons of cheap carbs like brown bread.
