you cant increase your bigoonial width with massater trainings unfortunately

just stand infront of the mirror and clench your jaw, your massaters increase the width under like 2-3 cm under your zygos, not bigonial width, and only 2-4mms. and also hypertrophying the massaters will take like atleast a year i think for it to start looking noticably at least a lottle bigger trough the soft tissues of course unless you take some compounds like test or sarms et

but of course i might just be copin and i kust have high set massaters, if you actually managed to increase your bigoonial width im happy for you amd i would overall like to listen if someone of yall increased your bw without surgery and how if so

Yeah I'm sorry but masseters increase my bigonial width, they sit under your zygo but extend to your gonion so it does make a difference for me

It may depend on the individual, and imo jaw width should always be measured at gonion level and it increases it by mesuring at gonion level for me
