Overcoming isometrics for max strenght and bodyweight high rep exercises will give you excellent results
Isometric squats, deadlifts, push ups, pull ups and many other you don't need a barbell to do them, hold tension in the 2 parts where you apply more force, in a deadlift you apply more force when you're lifting the bar from the floor and when you're almost locked out, hold these positions for 3 seconds applying as much force as you can, the same for other exercises
Then do high rep bodyweight exercises, the max reps you can in 30 seconds and make sure you take a decent break between sets like 3/5 minutes
