You can make a better version of yourself. Deal with those stupid goofy facial gestures from others at the gym. Don't allow that to deter you. Create a routine; pattern. Stick to it! The beautiful and intelligent women stick to routines and patterns. Some, OCD! I know a girl who works out once in the morning, once in the evening....every fucking day. She's a die-hard IG model, you can say. No bf. Why? Because one doesn't fit inside her OCD world. But if there was a guy that also had a pattern similar to hers. Then it would work for her!Well. Not sure what else I can do, due to mental pain. It's a cope.
