i’m 14yo (young ik but i’m already here) and i’d like to give myself a good head start in life and need some tips. currently 5’3.5 115bw, grew around 4 inches year to date and predicted to grow another 4 this year. i’m a very hard worker/disciplined athlete and since this will probably be my peak of growth for the rest of my life i figured i take advantage of it. oh and also im tired of constantly being made fun of by everyone and girls not taking me seriously. both my parents were late bloomers so it’s not completely over for future me. my dad didn’t hit his growth spurt until 11th grade, and ended up being 5’10. mom is 5,7. i’ve been going to the gym for around 4 months; photo:

gym:
  • 4x a week U/L split
  • lower:
    • Stretches & Warmup
    • Leg Press
    • Standing Calf Raises
    • Leg Extension
    • Lunges
    • Hip Thrust
    • Hamstring Curl
    • Squat
  • upper:
    • Bench
    • Incline Bench
    • Seated Dumbbell Curls (lmk what variant is the best of curls)
    • Tricep Extensions (lmk what variant is the best)
    • Lat Pulldowns
    • Machine Row
    • Lat Raises
  • i’ve been doing 4x10 on all my exercises but this probably isn’t optimal. i was going for higher reps so i could work on my form since i just started

  • eyes
    • exercises
      • pulling eyebrow up while squinting 3x1 min
      • squinting a lot through the day
      • messaging frontalis
      • eye pulling 3x1 min
      • eyelid pulling 3x1 min
    • volufiline seems like it works well but it’s lowkey expensive, might get it in the future
  • lower third
    • rapid jaw opening for hyoid
    • chewing all my foods until they are liquid for
    • neck training (i need it, ppl in real life have commented abt how i have a long and skinny neck) when i go to gym
    • brushing lips and using chapsticks all the time
    • chin tucks 3x50
  • maxilla/midface
    • proper swallowing
    • mewing will become resting position
    • 0% mouth breathing + mouth tape to sleep
    • always sleeping on back
    • perfect posture as much as possible
    • going for runs/sprints/stairmaster strictly breathing only out of nose
    • thumb pulling, ik this probably doesn’t work but since i’m gonna be growing a lot it might have a better chance to be effective 3x45 secs
    • zygo pushing 3x50, same thing as thumb pulling, might not work but worth a shot

    • cetaphil cleanser
    • 1025 toner/exfoliate
    • cerva face moisturizer
    • 10 minutes red light daily
    • maybe derma roller idk
    • my skins not bad so don’t need any extra stuff

heightmaxing
  • full 8-9 hours of sleep a night
  • sprints
  • following my nutrition
  • stretches (basically just copying from this guide)
    • hanging upside down (i have one of those things) 5-10 mins a day
    • cobra stretch couple mins a day
    • cat stretch couple mins a day
    • neck exercises
  • i’m not entirely against the idea of roids when i’m older but definitely not rn
nutrition
  • at least 100g protein
  • i’ve been drinking like 100-120oz of water a day
  • 2 cups of milk a day
  • probably around 2200 cals a day but i’m not counting
  • balanced with whole foods to get all my macros
  • making sure i have enough glucose for igf1 production
  • on-top of whole foods, i’m not gonna limit what else i’m eating as long as i get everything else in because it’s better to be in a surplus than a deficit at this age. obviously i’m still gonna eat all my necessary stuff but i’m not gonna completely cut out all the other foods i enjoy

nt maxing
  • usually i’m the class clown and i go out of my comfort zone to talk to a lot of people and usually they laugh a bunch. this and great and all but at the end of the day if your looks are subpar girls will just treat me as a joke and i’ll get mogged by dudes all the time. basically i’m saying jestermaxxing at the stage im in right now is completely useless.
  • another thing is i can get girls to like me but in the end i just get rejected because of my looks. in fact rn im talking to a girl who likes me but has said im ugly. proof from another girl:

i grew 5"10 without doing any looksmaxxing, diet optimization, i just got good sleep, and didnt inject eiither, but i wish i would have injected so i could be taller then 5"10

first of all, thanks for being the only one is this thread to understand late bloomers. anyways, aren’t hgh cycles hella expensive, like 3k a cycle? definitely don’t have that money. i might be able to get an ai though in the future. do u have any recommendations for growth besides pure hgh? lowkey lucky im a late bloomer, so i’ve got time to plan this

i’m 14yo (young ik but i’m already here) and i’d like to give myself a good head start in life and need some tips. currently 5’3.5 115bw, grew around 4 inches year to date and predicted to grow another 4 this year. i’m a very hard worker/disciplined athlete and since this will probably be my peak of growth for the rest of my life i figured i take advantage of it. oh and also im tired of constantly being made fun of by everyone and girls not taking me seriously. both my parents were late bloomers so it’s not completely over for future me. my dad didn’t hit his growth spurt until 11th grade, and ended up being 5’10. mom is 5,7. i’ve been going to the gym for around 4 months; photo:

ill break down what im thinking about doing for each part of everything and yall can critique it

gym:
  • 4x a week U/L split
  • lower:
    • Stretches & Warmup
    • Leg Press
    • Standing Calf Raises
    • Leg Extension
    • Lunges

    • Hamstring Curl
    • Squat
  • upper:
    • Bench
    • Incline Bench

  • i’ve been doing 4x10 on all my exercises but this probably isn’t optimal. i was going for higher reps so i could work on my form since i just started

    • volufiline seems like it works well but it’s lowkey expensive, might get it in the future

    • rapid jaw opening for hyoid
    • chewing all my foods until they are liquid for
    • neck training (i need it, ppl in real life have commented abt how i have a long and skinny neck) when i go to gym
    • brushing lips and using chapsticks all the time
    • chin tucks 3x50
  • maxilla/midface
    • proper swallowing
    • mewing will become resting position
    • 0% mouth breathing + mouth tape to sleep
    • always sleeping on back
    • perfect posture as much as possible
    • going for runs/sprints/stairmaster strictly breathing only out of nose
    • thumb pulling, ik this probably doesn’t work but since i’m gonna be growing a lot it might have a better chance to be effective 3x45 secs
    • zygo pushing 3x50, same thing as thumb pulling, might not work but worth a shot
  • skin

heightmaxing
  • full 8-9 hours of sleep a night

    • hanging upside down (i have one of those things) 5-10 mins a day
    • cobra stretch couple mins a day
    • cat stretch couple mins a day
    • neck exercises
  • i’m not entirely against the idea of roids when i’m older but definitely not rn
nutrition
  • at least 100g protein
  • i’ve been drinking like 100-120oz of water a day
  • 2 cups of milk a day
  • probably around 2200 cals a day but i’m not counting
  • balanced with whole foods to get all my macros
  • making sure i have enough glucose for igf1 production
  • on-top of whole foods, i’m not gonna limit what else i’m eating as long as i get everything else in because it’s better to be in a surplus than a deficit at this age. obviously i’m still gonna eat all my necessary stuff but i’m not gonna completely cut out all the other foods i enjoy

nt maxing
  • usually i’m the class clown and i go out of my comfort zone to talk to a lot of people and usually they laugh a bunch. this and great and all but at the end of the day if your looks are subpar girls will just treat me as a joke and i’ll get mogged by dudes all the time. basically i’m saying jestermaxxing at the stage im in right now is completely useless.
  • another thing is i can get girls to like me but in the end i just get rejected because of my looks. in fact rn im talking to a girl who likes me but has said im ugly. proof from another girl:

cardio asf

only do 2-3 sets with 6-10 reps each set. Prioritize heavy weight with good form. Lift the highest weight you can (whilst keeping good form) and keep going until you almost hit failure (you should have 1-2 reps in reserve a.k.a 1-2 RIR)
The optimal weight will be a weight that you can do for maybe 6 reps then have 2 RIR.
Rest for a minute - you want to be completely rested before you restart

your exercises are kinda all over the place, too
here is what I would reccommed according to your split

lower:
stretch/warmup
squat
hamstring curl
leg extension
romanian deadlift (RDL)
calf raises

upper:
Bench (flat or very very slight incline - doing it on a smith machine is really good, too)
Seated dumbbell curls (idk what you mean by variant bc theres only one way to do them jfl)
lat pulldowns
machine row
cable lat raises
pec deck (the seated chest hug machine thing)
rear delt flies (can be done by reversing the pec deck machine - should be built into the machine)
preacher curls
any tricep variation to target long head
any tricep variation to target medial head
if ur too lazy to research ask and ill give u what i do, but i encourage you to find exercises you enjoy

As you see, upper becomes VERY crowded. Each upper body exercises should be done with only 1-2 sets. Muscles grow through frequency, not volume. As long as you are Consistent, you will grow. Both bench and pec deck might be a lot, so if you want you can cut one of them down. Seated dumbbell curls will hit the upper chest anyways, whilst pec deck will hit the side chest, so I actually encourage the removal of bench entirely - however some gymcels swear their life by bench and compound lifts so do as you please.
Lower body exercises can be 3 sets.
Both leg press and squat is unnecessary. Wayy too much load on the quads. If you do squats frequently enough (2x a week for about 3 sets each time) you will be doing PLENTY of volume.

In the gym you want to be having fun - if U/L is too much variation for you, start of with a PPL. No harm in it. PPL isn't actually as bad as people advocate online. If you want a PPL split just ask and I'll give you my old one which got me jacked.

Whenever you sprint, always do dynamic stretches before you sprint. Static stretches will cause you to pull a muscle whilst you sprint.
Do cardio on your rest days - very very important.
I recommend doing a sport too, because gym is kinda irrelevant when you're young - if you do a sport and become good at it you will build a good enough frame physique. You might think you're ahead but once you're 16 all the old sporty kids will become gymcels and catch up to you whilst also being good at a sport.
Being good at a sport also helps your social life - become sporty and you will make friends and get girls
I recommend doing basketball or football (or whatever sport is big in your country). Basketball and football have by far the biggest communities and are really easy to start. Most country specific sports are really difficult if you haven't started since you were young (for example ice hockey) or are really physically specific rather than skill specific (rugby, american football). I hate rugby and american football as they are hardly real sports - no skill just be buff and hit sweaty dudes. Girls eat that shit up tho, so whatever u want. Football and basketball physiques are top tier tho - perfect mix of lean and athletic. Plus football and basketball are much more of team-play sports imo, with much more technical skills and plays to be done. Look i can yap abt sports a lot so if you want more info i can tell you, but yeah. Doing martial arts also isn't too horrible, ask if u want more info.
 
Stop training shit head, do you think all that stress Is good for your body? The only thing you are gaining Is fucking cortisol
 
use hgh this is your last chance. Once the spurt is gone you can cry all you want but you'll never be taller.
