Younger me gave no shits about sleep

Anybody else not care about sleep AT ALL when they were younger despite everything their parents told them? When I was in middle school I would literally stay up anywhere from 2-4 in the morning almost every night if I remember correctly, and it honestly could have stunted my growth but I’m not sure. I’m not short now but I’m not tall either, just above average height. The crazy thing is that I would wake up at 7:30 AM every morning no big deal and go to school feeling completely fine. Now if I get less than 7 hours I feel like a zombie.

Luckily i didn't this until becoming 18, i used to sleep at 12-1am in teenage years

I still remember it when they measured my height before school.

I was 16 and 170cm
Now I'm 19 and 182cm

your genetics probably kicked in at the last moment. happy for you. my mother is 164 and father is 175. im planning to get hgh and arimidex pretty soon too
