The problem is that looks is not just that. looks halo literally everything. but yeah you shouldn't value yourself by looks alone.

There comes a point where the sadness goes away naturally

You get annoyed by it and just want to live life. It took me years to get to this point.

I still occasionally get depressed but not on such a scale anymore.

Idk man. Life is just a number of experiences and for the most part they suck. For me life as a subhuman- not worth it. Life in a 3rd world country as a subhuman- not worth it X10. At least I escaped the 3rd world part but most of us will never escape subhumanity. All I achieved in my life is a safe and comfortable existence but there is no meaning in it because I just fill it with cheap copes that make my daily life somehow tolerable.

For the most part it is just a permanent struggle. Having social dominance and validation from people(especially women) is the best drug out there that makes this whole experience worth it. If I had a choice I honestly wish I was never born.

Tier 1 genetics and good upbringing or death.
