Zeolite powder

Anyone here used zeolite powder for detox of heavy metals?
And if any of you did how much per day and I've heard It shouldn't be used with dairy products but cannot find any sources online really.

Nothing besides talking to a guy irl who believes dairy will affect absorbtion and that it should be used before being active during the day so that it apparently spreads throughout the body better while moving, internet censuring this nature's gift from us clearly.
