Even tho your jaw might look really narrow, even a tiny improvement might make a huge difference. I suggest trying to train your masseter for a few months.

yeah filler or implants would probably be fine for him. I get what you mean for ccw advancement but if he has a good jaw then its fine. THis plus a less bulbous nose would make it way better

Filler for jaw width usually looks pretty good and even a modest bit of widening would help him out, I think it's worth a try

Also can't believe how fast I found studyhacks when searching google for an example to show looking back I think Ally made him a bit too blocky looking at it's still a good example

Filler can do wonders for jaw angle there's plenty of great looking results, arguably looks better than implants most of the time. The problem isn't looking uncanny, it's just possible migration and the maintenance. I've done some reading on it though and there are quite little reports of filler in the jaw angle migrating

Maybe he needs advancement, would need to see the side. I think he may benefit from rotation if he also has a high gonial. His bigonial width is the main issue though
