Mewing works at your age. Also eat only clean high quality foods, chew hard foods and sleep for 9 hours a night

This is an incel forum. Should be full of manlets. So many 5'7-5'8 guys but not 5'4 or 5'3.

There's a lot of heightflation. I doubt most here have measured themselves using a stadiometer or bend the tape measure increasing height 2-4 cm..

I measure myself almost everyday :feelswhy:

Height doesn’t matter if you have a tiny skull like OP. I saw some 6’2 Indian on the tube with a tiny skull and it looked utterly ridiculous. Waste of height

I think there's ways to keep morning height all the time, spinal decompression, chondroitin, thay other method i saw but is it worth doing that instead of just wearing 0.5" lifts?

But nth spectacular just dont fuck your puberty up by being a coomer and eating goy soy food.
3-4 days HIT activities with active rest being walking or even do endurance walking which is infinitely better than running/jogging and the other forms of stupid endurance bs ppl fall for.
