I started gym like 1 months ago and I think my performance are pretty good for my age and weight ( 65kg , 1m80 ) :
Deadlift 70kg
Bench 65kg
Curl for rep : 20kg
Leg press : 135kg

Very good for your age, keep it up.

Follow a routine, progressively overload, and eat your protein. Just make sure to remain consistent and you'll change your life trajectory. Quit and it'll be a lifelong regret.

I won’t quit for sure , it’s been like one year since I changed my lifestyle and happy because of what I’ve experienced when I was younger and ugly It was actually the worst thing I’ve ever experienced

65 bench After 1 Month at 16 is very good! Do I mean dumbell curls with curl or ez-bar curls?

I have a adapted split cuz I can only go to gym twice a week and I recover hella fast :
Push , pull , upper (gym) , rest , lower , leg + arm (gym) , rest

That is absolutely ludicrous, what split do you do? I'm 16 and my deadlift pr was 120kg (I don't really deadlift ever tho)
 
Nvm you already mentioned the split before, keep it up
