I started gym like 1 months ago and I think my performance are pretty good for my age and weight ( 65kg , 1m80 ) :
Deadlift 70kg
Bench 65kg
Curl for rep : 20kg
Leg press : 135kg

Very good for your age, keep it up.

Follow a routine, progressively overload, and eat your protein. Just make sure to remain consistent and you'll change your life trajectory. Quit and it'll be a lifelong regret.

I won’t quit for sure , it’s been like one year since I changed my lifestyle and happy because of what I’ve experienced when I was younger and ugly It was actually the worst thing I’ve ever experienced

65 bench After 1 Month at 16 is very good! Do I mean dumbell curls with curl or ez-bar curls?
