Hey bro, this is the beginning of your looksmaxxing journey. Your base is trash but don't listen to anything negative people say, you just have to be a better version of yourself a month ago, consistently.
Your starting point:
Mandible (lower jaw) is Highly Recessed
Surgery (BSSO+Genioplasty) but you are young so for now just maximize whatever you have
WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW:
1) HARD GUM
Chew Falim gum. It works out your jaw muscles (masseters). In your case, chewing with your front teeth (incisors) would stimulate the mandible to move forward. You need to chew such that your lower is pushing upwards rather than your upper jaw coming downwards, like this:
Push as hard as you can upwards, chewing with an open mouth is advised for this. Just don't let your upper jaw come down to meet the food or gum you chew, always the lower jaw going upwards hitting the upper jaw. This will optimize your upwards growth potential. I made a thread on my own routine, which has worked for me:
2) KEEPING TEETH TOGETHER

Maxilla (upper jaw) is Slightly Recessed
Surgery (Bimax). This is essentially a BSSO+Lefort I, which moves both the lower and upper jaw forward, but again you are young.
WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW:
Hard mewing. Learn how to push your tongue against the roof of your mouth with a lot of force. Apply the most force using the tip of your tongue to move the upper jaw (maxilla) upwards optimally. Your lower jaw (mandible) will look better in this position over a long period of time. Make sure you are doing this right, do tongue chewing to strengthen the tongue everyday.
Posture
You have trash neck posture, causing bad facial growth. neck should be straight and aligned with shoulders, not curved. This is what I mean:
Do reverse neck curls everyday, religously.
Skin
Very important to have flawless skin. Order some tretinoin (Retin-A) off https://alldaychemist.com/ and apply a pea sized amount topically every night. Results take months to years but once you get to flawless skin using this product you can maintain it just by using it daily. A simple skincare routine is enough consisting of morning and evening. Cleanse, then moisturise, then sunscreen in the morning. Cleanse, then cleanse again, then apply Retin-A, then wait 20mins, then moisturise in the evening.
Hair
Stop using any shampoo or conditioner, seriously. Let the top grow out and trim the sides and back to medium length. Use argon oil, very good for hair quality.

- Gym - focus on upper body, especially shoulders. Don't neglect back, helps with posture and frame but shoulders are king. Chest aswell. Don't worry about legs but make sure they get a little stimulation
- Eyebrows - search up how to make them more dense
- Beard - you would look better with a long beard
- Neck - search up how to get a bigger neck
- Eyelashes - search up how to make them longer
- Confidence - do everything to looksmax, but you have to build up your confidence simultaneously. Detach yourself from the outcome of looksmaxxing, take care of your mental health
- Posture - perfect 24/7
- Sleep - search this forum how to optimise (sleep is super important)
- Water - drink a lot of water
